The distribution of this assistance is a commitment of PT. CLM in supporting and synergizing with the government, especially in handling stunting in the empowerment area of PT. CLM.
What is stunting? Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five (infants under 5 years old) due to chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Malnutrition occurs since the baby is in the womb in the early days after the baby is born, however, the stunting condition only appears after the baby is 2 years old.
One way to tackle stunting is to improve children's nutritional intake, which is what PT Citra Lampia Mandiri or PT CLM (CLM Mining) collaborated with related institutions or directly. This program is also included in the Friday Blessings program plan promoted by the President Director of PT CLM, Mr. Helmut Hermawan.

Separately, the Camat Malili Nasir DJ, SP., M.Si said that the stunting management which is currently being carried out intensively also received support and synergy from PT. CLM.
Nasir hopes that the Friday program for sharing ASN of the East Luwu Regency Government will also become a routine agenda for PT. CLM in sharing, the case is in the area of empowerment of the company engaged in nickel mining.
"This Friday sharing program is indeed a routine ASN program for the East Luwu Regency Government, specifically in the Malili sub-district, thank God, CLM also synergizes with the government to deal with stunting," said the Malili sub-district head.
